Welcome to Outfint ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
1. What We Do
Outfint helps you choose and organise outfits, track your wardrobe, and get clothing suggestions. We may also allow you to share outfit photos, see ads, and use a Shop screen that links you to third-party retailers (including Amazon).
2. Using the App
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- Please use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Do not upload anything harmful, offensive, or that you do not have the right to share.
3. Your Content
- You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload ("Your Content").
- By uploading Your Content, you give us permission to store it, show it in the App, and use it to improve our services.
- You are responsible for making sure Your Content does not break any laws or rights of others.
4. Ads, Shop, and Third-Party Links
- The App may show ads or links to other websites and services.
- If you follow a link to a third party (including Amazon), you are leaving Outfint and their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for what these third parties offer or do.
Amazon Associates disclosure
Outfint participates in the Amazon Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
Purchases and returns
Any purchase you make is completed on Amazon (or the third-party retailer). We are not the seller of those products, we do not process payments, and we do not handle shipping, cancellations, returns, or refunds. For those issues, you must contact the retailer (e.g., Amazon) directly.
External browser (no in-app Amazon webviews)
To comply with Amazon's mobile application requirements, Amazon links are opened outside of embedded webviews where applicable.

6. Amazon product information disclaimers
Price and availability
If the App displays price or availability information, the following applies:
"Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon Site(s) at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of this product."
Amazon-sourced content
"CERTAIN CONTENT THAT APPEARS IN THIS APPLICATION COMES FROM AMAZON EUROPE CORE S.à r.l. THIS CONTENT IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR REMOVAL AT ANY TIME."
7. No Guarantees
The App is provided "as is." We do not promise it will always work perfectly, be free of bugs, or be available at all times.
8. Limiting Our Responsibility
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by using the App, as far as the law allows.
9. Ending Your Access
We may suspend or remove your access to the App if you break these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will let you know through the App or another method.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the United Kingdom.
12. Language
These Terms may be translated into other languages. If there are differences between translations, the English version will apply.
